Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or during holidays, there may be a slight delay. In that case, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The following shipping options are available:

  • Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5 - 8 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3 - 4 business days.
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 6 - 12 business days.

Delivery times may vary based on location and the shipping carrier.

International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to the following countries: Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Singapore.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Shipping Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver your order:

  • UPS

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, so you can monitor its progress.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure the shipping address you provide is correct. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses. If you realize you’ve made an error with your shipping address, please contact us immediately at sbarraapparel@gmail.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at sbarraapparel@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will help you file a claim with the carrier if applicable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed delivered to the provided address.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will assist you with a return or replacement.
